Sounds like the MS camp is getting a bit nervous. Because they know that in Europe Open Source has more than a chance to whip the shyte out of Microsoft. Look at the laws in Europe then look at how they man handled Microsoft, something the US DOJ didn't do... well they couldn't otherwise they would have to pay back the bribes and such.

Yeah, Microsoft is nervous because they can't buy the politicians in Europe and therefore will have to face real competition. And with the recent ruling on privacy trumping IP... LOL devil
