Who cares?
If you don't use it and you don't live in Asia then this won't mean a thing to you. If you do use Linux or do live in Asia then this might mean something to you.

Nothing wrong with Windows assuming you don't keep any critical data on it. If you have your critical data burned to CD or copied to tape then no problems.
