how could they be found guilty if other groups using (and even the owner of the system) was not guilty?

Kazaa's corperate parent probably had enough money ot fight the suit and iMesh did not. Atleast that's what it seems to me.

Also, since they use fastrack, why not just switch to Kazaa lite? i hear it is basically Kazaa, but stripped of all spyware.
