Think of saying: "Computer, where is [movie] playing tonight?" "The closest theater is [x]. Next performance is at 8:30 PM." "Print out driving instructions and play the trailer on the television."
The trailer would be downloaded.

In short, every available resource linked and activated with verbal instructions. No looking into a terminal, no knowledge of what software is required. No knowledge, by the way, that a registry exists, and that a program was being added or deleted, so long as it's free.

You can extrapolate the rest:
email dictated and read aloud to the recipient (when from identified people anyway), web browsing by name of site and shown on TV or monitor as requested...

Re-emphasizing, the emphasis is on compliance, with complete lack of technical knowledge and skill assumed.
