Company is still growing at amazing rates..
The stock buyback plan is NOT an attempt to inflate the price of the stock. My rep assured me that the stock buyback is meant to distract investors because Microsoft is expecting 57% growth in the client business, mainly due to Longhorn and Indigo. My rep also told me initial estimates are for 37.51% growth in the SQL Server business and limitless growth in the Office 12 timeframe. Let me set the record straight: I am a serious investor, with 100% of my holdings in Microsoft and Expedia. I believe in Steve Ballmer with all my heart.
