You can take any iTunes Music Store song, burn it to a CD in
MP3 format and transfer that file or play that song anywhere and
as many times as you want.

The whine about iTunes using AAC and the Fair Rights digitial
rights management software is nothing less than whining.

The ITMS music store is so successful because it is the best and
easiest solution on the market.
