Authors Point Of View,Consumers Point of View Must Be The Same
It seems that pretty much with copyrighted media, .. works, devices, and specifications of interoperability the proprietaries are simply not listening.

Since large security firms have begun successfully to congradualate themselves for making profit off of securing copyrighted works. In whatever manner they do so,in whatever media that is 'consumed within a given market. The idea is pretty much the same, wether DRM,CSS,or a different form of 'aceptable concept - it is the intention of the 'security to provide this to the authors intentions of their copyrighted work.

What is needed is something much the same to the consumer,if anything in specification. If a copyrighted work(s) author had a specification of so many copies, device to device, network - in regards of the authors choice, the same delegation of 'feature should be known via the consumers part within the media itself.

The problem being the premises are different as to what is 'marketed as security functionality for copyrighted works, and what CAN be marketed as security for copyrighted works.

For almost any product that is seen for the internet age, wether authored software, authored publication whichever - they are 'all ""copyfriendly'' in - some- way. A backup is a 'backup,a copy is a copy,or the same to a given device is a given aspect of being 'copyfriendly.""

The whole focus of the digital technologies viewpoint CAN come from changing the premise for the feature set it affords from that of 'piracy,to that of wich concludes being 'copyfreindly."".

The question to most consumers shouldn't be 'well if this is copyprotected can I use it on such and such device - the question is is the work 'copyfriendly to the consumer. And if so,to what extent is it afforded via a copyrighted product ,and specified so that the choice of feature is just as ubiquotous to consumer as that of the authors.

Specifications could include:
A.Copy B.Device To Device Playback C.Distributive Communication of Performance D.

A work once specification is noticed can simply make the destingiushment via its reference so that consumers could relate to its label as being so. A work could have one, several, any, all or none of the specifications. But the premise to provide the feature set noticed of the author, and consumer would be one and the same choosing. So that a question isn't that of 'right of doing so anylonger,or of piracy, the question is 'is it 'copyfriendly.

Working with a 'copyfriendly specification would be much easier going for description of 'features known via both author(s) in deciding the actual product that is conveyed for the digital concepts. It would be easier notice for consumers wich wish to utilize the technology wich enhances that feature list including the digital technologies.

If it is concluded that 'security of a copyrighted work means preventing enhancement of the utility wich is offered with the digital technologies, would seem as well that authors would have much more to say about it. But the problem is the premise of 'piracy in security is wrong to include specification wich should exact 'feature to the soul question 'is it copyfriendly or not''.

A simple example of a software player wich is 'copyfriendly would include :

A digital receipt - wich a patron notices of amount of copy has taken place.

- details aspects of just what is payed for in the specified feature

- details the proprietor of wich the item(s) have been purchased for playback.

Note: this displays in a windows portion of the player.

For hardcopy DVDs,CDs and medias such as these a label could be transfixed as to wether they include copyfriendly features. What they are, where to go (perhaps a website) wich details the specification.

And for ubiquitouaty in devices the device listing could be found in wich the 'copyfriendly attributes would detail 'playback from .

The question is however whether a copyrighted work is 'copyfriendly or not. And to what extent a specification of 'copyfriendly should be addressed to both benifit authors and consumers in the same light of its acknowledgement, choosing commerce, and featureset afforded.

- just talking.
