Switching little by little
I hardly use Microsoft Office - except Excel - since routing all my e-mail addresses through one Gmail inbox and using Google Apps. The Apps package isn't as feature rich as Office, but it works for what I need. This 'article' though has reminded me to try OpenOffice (downloading it now).

Using the web browser to do everything rather than using Word, Powerpoint & Outlook is so much easier on my computer. I look forward to the day when it is extremely easy for me to install and use a Linux-based OS instead of Windows.

Anyway, little-by-little, I'm moving away from Microsoft. I should think that there are many others out there who are slowly but surely leaving Microsoft products behind, as well.

Cheers.
