Napster makes gains in colleges

nooo...: perhaps the fact Napster is pulling a Microsoft and practically giving it's product away simply for PR purposes and to remain a player in the market. (ie, announce grandiose, high profile deals but lose their shirts in the process)

As tic mentioned, Napster is falling far short of required earnings just to break even.
