What a crock!
This company needs some serious attention! They should be placed on the 20 most wanted. They get a few "bad boy" slaps for "SERIOUS" lawsuits of their unlawful marketing misconceptions and lies. (I still can't find the results of those lawsuits and it's been over a year).

I too received their deceptive renewal letter and got suckered in. My site has nothing but turmoil since. Try their customer support sometime and you'll witness true-blue don't give a sheet about the customer! I am not sure what the ICANN is thinking, but they also need a boot up their arse for allowing a criminal company to control anything more. Pull their contract ICANN and listen to the internet community, NOT companies sponsored by and for this dead-beat, mafia tactics, lieing company!
