You can't walk into a Ford dealership from the Chevy dealership across the street and claim to be a Ford salesperson and then tell them "take my advice: I work here and I only buy Chevrolets, so go across the street and talk to so and so..."

Same here. Misrepresntation doesn't stick in anything. Once you start yor transaction or whatever off by misrepresenting yourself, anything after that, no matter how true it may be, is null and void. Dude got cuaght, and he's in it up to his head most likely...
