In spite of all of SCO's braying to the press, which ZD Net then reports as fact, none of SCO's lawsuits are over copyrights. In fact, they go out of their way to try and avoid the copyright issue in every case, claiming these are pure 'contract disputes' that have nothing to do with copyrights. IBM & Novell are forcing the copyright issue, not SCO. The actual court documents are available on groklaw.net among other sites. It would be nice if purported news sites actually checked their facts before publishing the SCO FUD.
