SCO case has been a stock "pump-n-dump" from the start.
Simply review the history of this case...

No evidence of wrong-doing by IBM has ever been presented. No evidence to support Caldera/SCO's claim of "millions of lines" copied into Linux has ever been presented. Furthermore it turns out that Novell owns the AT&T UNIX rights, not Caldera/SCO.

Caldera/SCO executives dumped their stock when the value rose during speculation, before it was clear that there was nothing to this case and no litigation windfall was to result.

Now they are keeping up appearances in order to avoid being caught by the SEC. Let's all hope that the SEC is smarter than that...
