Darl's Doing His Infomercial
With all the other "get rich quick" junk lawsuits that have been filed in the past few months, it sure appears that Darl is doing informercials on how to get rich, quick.

Buy a dying company, puff it up, take it public and then file lawsuits against the big boys. Use the money from the IPO and really dumb lenders to pay for the litigation, and of course the salary of the CEO. Worked for Darl, so far.
