They could only come up with a quote from March? Come to think of it, I can't remember anything from The Darl since the quarterly phone conference.

Whether IBM gets a summary judgment on CC 10 or not doesn't really matter at this point. This case is already over, it's just a matter of when it will finally die. SCO admits they've had nothing from the start and behind the scenes are already preparing for bankruptcy. All that dribble about millions of lines of copied code was a lie. Not a misunderstanding, an outright lie. A legal smear campaign funded by MSFT. Pathetic, but right in line with both the quality of their products and corporate conduct.

Apparently Mr. Ballmer for all his business prowess forgot one basic rule: You are known by the company you keep.
