I really do not understand why ZDNet reports on every superficial hint of SCO gaining some ground and neglects to cover their big losses. I guess Open Source needs a press agent to write stories for the news services. Personally I find that Groklaw is much more informative about these cases. If you do not like the opinions expressed, you can read the court documents and form your own.
