This will never happen...
Alot of those senators and congressmen were attorneys. I can bet they wouldn't allow that kind of thing to pass because they are always leaning back on that old job. I wouldn't put the blame solely on the attorneys either, they are smart enough to pick out the fools in the crowd and get their money, but the fools that let then get them into the situation hold partial blame as well. You'd think people who are investing would accept a bit of risk, it happens in the field. Hell i have 5000 shares of Purchase Pro (formerly PPRO) and got killed in the market thanks to their CEO, who also happens to be a professor here in Vegas at UNLV, i could have killed him, but i knew the rick going into it. So blame the people who invested as well, they have to accept at least some of the blame, as they knew there is always a limited rick while investing.
