Nice try, but investors know better.
The fact is, you either earned a profit in the quarter or you didn't. Red Hat claimed they did (fooling investors) when in fact they didn't.

Now you can dance around anyway you want but that is the issue and the reason investors (including me) walked away and the stock in in the dumpster.

Call it an accounting issue, investors call it fraud...
