Generalize In All The Wrong Places
Consider the idea of the uneditable viewer. A person simply needs the software viewer in order to receive, and view a given document,or artifact of a communicative relationship. There is no editing,no changing of the software document, there is simply 'viewing of the document,of wich the vendor has shipped usable by all participants for the software.

CSS is just the same concept, the vendor has shipped the 'uneditable viewer to all participants for the content (i.e. software). The CSS is uneditible,so the viewer in this stead is the consideration of the 'locked program within the DVD player. Then for this the ubiquoutous for/from software,is simply that of the asumption that DVDs play HD content so then all DVD players should as well use the ubiquoutous 'generalized assumption among DVD players.

This is well and fine, but still nothing has been denoted as to just 'what can be offered 'content''within the digital conceptual space. Copyrighted works have resided in the past as singular, monolithic artifacts of imutable objects counted as included to and through them as such. The digital space offers much more in its concept than the question of 'content- the question is just what are you going to do with your copyrights, and how is that 'known to the consuming public.Since it is a product,it cannot be taken from the premise of 'piracy,it must be understood as a product that can be chosen easily and identified from the consuming public.

This is the specifics of wich 'all details are lacking to. It is not necesary for a CSS to be 'all encompasing to all DVD players. Because even though DVD-HD is said to be digital,it is the individual DVD disk, that will be specifying its relationship to its environment, and this should be what is known by the consuming public,in some kind of detail.

Again copyrighted works need a specification of 'feature, within the 'digital concept. Of wich the ubiquousness the likes of the uneditable viewer (among the software),can be defined among its digital environment in software. 'Features within digital space include:

Copy,transport,communication,playback,storage as well as others.

The 'content does not decide for the 'copyright however. The 'feature set of the copyright itself will determine this.

There has been no stride in this direction. Since the work that has been done is to 'control the person of use, rather than defining what that person has to recognize through 'feature.

-just talking.
