the good and the bad:
Good: from an engineering standpoint, it's good that they won't release on X date, even if it's not ready.

Bad: many people bought into SA and are not getting their money's worth. Perhaps they would have been better off with smaller incremental upgrades... especially when it comes to the new SP. They should have released each part of it when it was ready, tested and certified. After it was all done, it could then be rolled up into one package for eaiser distribution to new systems.
