Yet you complain about price
Sure, they can hire more developers. But, like all free-market companies, their goal is to make money. As much money as possible. So, if they hire more developers, they are either going to have to eat the loss (not likely) or pass that extra cost onto you. Also, have you ever heard the expression "too many cooks ruin the soup"? Same is true with programming. The more people you put in the mix, the more difficult it gets. It is also easier to cause bugs and compatibility problems when you have more people.

Sure it will take a while, but all good things do. Besides, if you are a Linux user like you say you are, why do you care? I don't care that much about when the next Fedora core is coming out. It doesn't affect me.

Just because Microsoft is big doesn't mean you should just bash on them. Sure, they have problems. What big company doesn't?

Well, enough ranting for one day. wink
