Change the rules if you don't like them
--I'm so tired of other people forcing their version of what they think is decent.--
What makes you think other people are any less tired of having people like you try to force your version of decency on them?

--He says that America is complaining about indecency and I can't think of one person I know that is worried about it.--
Perhaps you're hanging out with an indecent/immoral crowd. Try expanding your circle of friends.

--In the end the smaller vocal group gets the attention and the politicians make laws to shut them up, yet the larger non-vocal group pays the price in the end.--
As the old saying goes: The squeaky wheel gets the grease. Start/join your own group and try to get the rules changed. That is one of the benefits of our system. You can do this at any time.

--Just remember what happened in Afghanistan. A small vocal group with guns took over and then started shooting women in the town square because they thought it was INDECENT to show their face in public.--
The people with the guns took over in Afghanistan. Who are the people with guns taking over the USA? In the USA, the small vocal groups don't generally come heavily armed. Even if they did, there are enough other people with guns to stop them, IF they so desire.
