Major Apps need to change
It's true that Win-XP is a "real" OS.
It can provide a high degree of security.
BUT (and this is a big but) you cannot run some of the most prevalent small business apps unless you have admin priviledges.
An example would be QuickBooks.
That is why Win-XP creates all user accounts with full admin privs by default.
Getting these people to rewrite their apps is something I haven't seen MS putting a lot of effort into.
