I'd be up for that: But it would need to be enabled by default only for the home edition of XP. The feature should be avaiable for hte pro version, but disbaled by default.

I suggested something similar to that to Microsoft, where if a restricted user tries to do something that requires admin rights they would be prompted for admin creds instead of given a big fat "Access Denied" message.
