No it's not. Microsft should have made users resitrcted by default with XP, and dealt with the fallout. SInce they didn't, their only recourse is to at least try and educate it's users on the dangers of running their computer as an administrative account. I don't care how secure an operation system is - runnning is as root for day to day tasks is dangerous.

"So shutup with the "its not the software" and "its just stupid users" BS and go get a real motto like "MS should build more secure software".

I never said it wasn't the software. I blamed Microsoft for making an extremely poor descision regarding the default behavior of XP.

If you think it's possible to make an Operating system secure when 98% of it's users run it as root all the time, it's you who needs to join the real world.
