Sounds wonderful, but most...
home users don't have a clue about user's and their rights. If Microsoft is going to sell their product to these users, another solution has to be developed.

I still think MS should be required to disclose what kind of dangers are involved in using their product. And it needs to be very visible to those who decide to take a chance on running Windows. Playing Russian roulette with 5 loaded chambers - that is what you do when running MS code.
