Not really
Unfortunately, Windows makes it more difficult - I have to login to the GUI, which makes it painful to do anything as admin quickly. I have a tendency to install/uninstall a lot of programs, and nearly all of them require admin priveledges to do so.

You don't really need to log off and log on as an admin to do admin work. Right click on whatever you need to run as an admin (add remove programs/Computer management/Windows update) and click "Run As". Put in you admin username and password and the program or control panel applet will run with admin priveledges.

There is also a command line way of doing it.

Click start>Run and type:
runas /user:administrator myprogram.exe - launches 'myprogram.exe'
runas /user:administrator "mmc.exe services.msc" - launches the services mmc snap-in

If you know you will need to launch multiple things as an admin, a handy thing to do is start a cmd.exe session as an administrator...

runas /user:administrator cmd.exe

After doing this, anything you lauch from the resulting terminal window will run under your administrator account - *hint* drag a shortcut to the command window and hit enter.
