I agree
As a dual-booter, learning that being an admin is bad is one of the many things I learned from being a Linux user - after all, a malicious program can't do nearly as much damage if it was running as a user than as an admin.

The advice holds across the board: Only use an administrative account when absolutely neccessary! All your regular work and play should be done on an user account!

Unfortunately, it's more difficult for me to work like this: In Linux, if I need to do something quickly as an admin, I just use the "su" command, do my stuff, and exit.

Unfortunately, Windows makes it more difficult - I have to login to the GUI, which makes it painful to do anything as admin quickly. I have a tendency to install/uninstall a lot of programs, and nearly all of them require admin priveledges to do so.

But I do it - I normally run as a user, and only use the admin when absolutely neccessary.
