So, you thought you could do sysadmin tasks AND read help at the same time? Wrong: this is a prohibited combination as per the `Trustworthy Computing Intitiative' spec ( wink )

I've never done this. I read any help documents on my workstation while logged on as a restricted user, and do the actually admin work either by doing the shift>Run as thing or terminal servicing to the server that needs the work.

I do the same thing in my BSD boxes. I log in as my regular account and have a seperate session solely doing the actual admin tasks. I prefer reading man pages from a browser anyway. Of course doing "man foo" is probably a bit safer than Microsft's fancy html help system. happy

"How is it that organizations with minute resource vs those of MS, CAN produce s/w that behaves more securely and more efficiently and it can run on a LENGHTY array of different h/w platforms? We are living in interesting times...." Very simple. Functinality is not their *only* goal when writing software.
