Noticed XP SP 2?
But, they do take loss of marketshare very serious. This may be just what we need for them to take their browser seriously for a change and do whatever needs to be done to fix the problems. You're never going to get everyone to switch from IE, but if enough do to make MS actually make it a more secure product it'll make the internet a lot safer for everyone.

You might have read about the elaborate new security patch Microsoft is coming out with? A lot of it is supposed to concern IE, I believe.

Admittedly, it's a patch for XP. But then again, how many sales of 98SE can they miss out on?
