Here's an idea on how to gain Denmark-like marketshare
It's a three step plan:

1. Don't just promise a good solution that perfectly fits their needs, give them one.

2. Treat your customers fairly. Listen to what they need. Make giving them what they ask for a higher priority than putting in features designed to rope them in. Know that if you give them what they want, they'll actually want to stay with you anyway.

3. Offer all this at a fair and competitive price. Make your customers feel like they are getting a bargain, without having to have a sales rep come over and try to convince them they are getting a bargain.
