Leveraging one monopoly to get into another.
The allegation is that they will use their monopoly position in desktops (they were ruled to be a monopoly in the US Courts, that was never overturned) to get into another monopoly position in video. There was no implication that they have (or have had) a monopoly in TV (digital or analog) and video. They have already been taken to court for this sort of practice before.
