A couple of points.

True, and that is where the danger lays. It takes time (years) to build the expertice in the work force and to become recognised as a "specialist". To build a company upon something you know will end/change in the near future is foolish.

Speaking from experiance, it doesn't work very well at all. I've had homes built and there are two constants. It will always be late in delivery and will always be over budget. Something most small business simply can't live with.
