Intersting but you forget the consumer LOVES MS.
Yes there are the "usual crowd" that will sit for an hour to come up with some "witty" comment. But they are a tiny minority that very few care about. Society has long learned to simply let them flap their gums and to ignore them.

The vast majority of consumers LOVE Microsoft's service and support and in fact rated them the BEST at providing support and services.
