The problem is "COPY PROTECTION"
Reality
1. The copy protection doesn't work!
It may keep an honest person honest but does nothing to stop a pirate.
2. The copy protected music is already on p2p.
Isn't this the point of copy protection in the first place?
3. Who do you think is going to pay for this technology, that doesn't work, to be added to CD's?
The artist and the consumer do but I doubt the labels will be footing the bill.
But my hat is off to SunnComm for selling a product that doesn't work inhibits compatibility without being responsible.
Now who is the real criminal?
