If you really need a link to reiterate the obvious...
Here's what I could find on a quick search:

That's a 2 year old study. Linux has come a long way since then. Windows is about where they were.

That one is from a web hosting company, which basically says that integration with other MS products is the only advantage Windows as over Linux, which is a no-brainer.

As for broadening my mind, I've been using BOTH Windows and Linux for 5 years now. I've had plenty of time to compare the two. To an educated user and administrator, maintaining Linux is MUCH easier. If I need to adjust registry setting in Windows, I either have to open regedit for every individual computer, or run a script on every computer and hope I programmed the script right so as to not take the entire computer down, or use something complicated like Active Directory (and what small business wants to mess with something that complicated?). For Linux, settings are in a simple text file, so all I need to do is adjust one text file (I can even use something like YAST to make sure I did it right) then copy them onto every other computer.

As a side note, this is the first time I've been accused of being a Mac fan. The truth is Apple is really the only company I still harbor a bit of a grudge against, because I've lost more term papers on those old Macs (circa 1990-94, their tendancy to freeze and lack of auto-save did me in) than any other platform. Although I've noticed they've improved a bit since then.
