I pay over $1 million a year for MS support and believe me, it is well worth it. My MCSE's are on the phone every day with PSS gurus to go over some small hiccups we endure here, primarily due to my insistance we deploy EVERY single Microsoft product whether we need it or not.

Pretty good, although not quite up there with the proxy server that shuts down whenever it gets too much traffic.
