- Why should MS fix their problems...
- when they have people like PeterWeter who like it the way it is and will always buy it no matter how bad it gets. If MS fixed all the problems then their customers wouldn't depend on them any more and drop their annual support contracts. MS admins can't do much for themselves. They require support from Uncle Bill.
