"You do have a backup, right?"

"Java seems to be slower here than at home - way slower"

"It costs HOW MUCH to replace that software??"

"You have an extra thousand? I need to call tech support again"

"I've heard this song 15 times" (on hold at tech support)

"The alpha channel worked fine at home."

And finally . . .
