What they did find were creative people willing to think outside the bounds of mere mortals, and someone motivated by more than just money.

I can't speak to the exact position requirements, but I have found that I would rather hire someone that meets the above requirements than someone who has been a CNE, RHE, or MSE for years. You can't teach what the billboard was looking for, any monkey can learn networks, programming, and system administration.
