It's difficult to discern from your fuzziness whether the "source" and "other source" code is meant to say linux contains sco code or not. However, even SCO in court is arguing "non-literal" copying so your claim is a little difficult to believe.

Besides, your post on how the rep abused his children because they used mozilla at a time when it was not vulnerable to the exploit haunting IE at that time is just sad. Punishing a child for doing something that would protect them from harm.

Let extrapolate. Do do not do things which are in your best interest because Mike Cox and his rep are in agreement about it. Ok, makes sence to me.

Sarcasm aside, I agree though and posted my arguements to Groklaw. If the contract between SCO and IBM can be interpreted to mean that IBM home grown code is to be considered a derivative work, then a jury should decide whether that is in fact the case. This case must be heard to the extent that the court determine whether IBM contributions to Linux violate SCO's rights, and to determine remidies if in fact that is the case. As for literal copying, SCO is having a mighty tough time showing any. Why would they show it to you but not the court after repeated court order?

Nothing against you Mike or Microsoft but I am a little protective of children.
