The Article needs to ephasize
that SCO is also asking for thing that the Court never gave them rights to. Specificall IBM's AIX source code. Why would SCO need that?

IF SCO's code was copied into Linux... they already have their own code and already have full access to the Linux code... just more attempt to waste time and money.
