Despite the fact that you deny it, you already are using chunks of software programmed by Indian Programmers.

With globalization, in the electronics industry, very little product whether software or hardware, is wholly manufactured in the United States. Open your Dell up and find that all the chips pretty much come from Asia, etc., the boards are assembled in Canada, Ireland, Mexico, etc. And the final assembly may take place in Texas.

Given the widespread use of outsourcing, you have no really good idea where major pieces of the source code for any of your programs may have been hacked together, including your OS.
