Neither side has merit in any lawsuits
Since both names are taken from googol, neither can claim it as really unique, just derivative of a common word used in mathematical circles.

Absolutely silly, though my kids would love that googles site. Its bookmarked. Maybe that was the intent anyway, free publicity!
