- I am convinced that someone is doing infomercials on suing large successful companies, with a minor and generally baseless claim. Are we sure Darl and the boys at SCO are not doing informericals to keep things going? This is the type of litigation that clogs the court systems! The claim should have been made years ago, too late now.
