I don't see the merit.
Google isn't in the "children's market". They have a specialized search area (Froogle) that searches stores. They don't sell anything, just link it, they barely qualify as a portal to hundreds of online stores.

You want a partnership with Google? That is the wrong thing for google to do! Their search is automated and dependent on many factors. People respect this aspect of google not inteferring with the results. This is just as bad as petitioning google to remove search results. The only partnership should be the ad stuff on the side.

This isn't about Google infringing on Googles' trademark, it is about Google providing links to many online stores (including Googles) based on a customer's search. Don't blame Google, if Googles can't keep up with its online competitors. This case has no merits.
