I thought you were questioning the law. My apologies. You are right... they will have a hard time defending this law for outside corruption... but we got to start somewhere!
While most RICH conceited ruthless lawmakers in Congress sit on their hands with these issues... while passing crap fed law that do more harm than good, it will get worse instead of better.
Yes, it will be hard for Cali to prosecute some bimbo company in nigeria... but they aren't part of our bill of rights and constitution and I am not sure why you are doing business with them on the Internet in the first place. I could spend all day covering every country... bottom line is... USA companies need to be accountable for their practices and actions...
