is welcome, but to think an American law can be used, let alon enforced on a foreign nation to protect me and other Americans is sheer arrogance. I think you are trying to read more into what I posted.
The privacy law is a great idea. I live in California and appretiate the steps being taken. BUT logic will show that not all companies dealing with Californian citizens are American.
