Yes, pay $395 for an Office Suite, get free add-ons worth $10.
We are not talking about the add-ons here, we are talking about the basic office suite. Some workers only write simple memos and a spreadsheet maybe once a year. Some workers DO NOT EVEN USE AN OFFICE SUITE. And you pay for every worker, wheather they use it or not. The automation and colaboration are often built into the company applications.

So, since the basic office suite is a comodity, when you pay for Microsofts office suite, you are really just paying for the $10 add-ons that you might or might not want. You need to decide how much those are worth, or if you should be purchasing automation and colaboration somewhere else so that you can have choice.
