Veritas to miss earnings mark

Their Quality is going south!

I was always satisifed with Veritas backup products until their Backup Exec for Win Svr 2003 SBS was determined to be the root cause of boot failures (is there any function more critical for a server?). Supposedly, the problem is specific to an IBM RAID adapter and there is a patch on their site, but I cannot afford any more downtime to muddle through a problem they should have had resolved prior to release. For that reason, I will NEVER use a Veritas product again.
